After fleeing the second location in Temple's vehicle, the three were stopped by state troopers, who discovered property in the vehicle that belonged to one of the alleged victims, as well as a shotgun, the Sheriff's Office said.

Zehnick, Temple and Jones all were charged with the misdemeanor of possession of stolen property. Zehnick and Jones also were charged with misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a weapon because of prior convictions, the Sheriff’s Office said.

Jones additionally was charged with the misdemeanors of menacing and criminal possession of a controlled substance because a small amount of cocaine was found in his possession at the time of arrest, the Sheriff’s Office said.
