Matthew R. Osuba, 35, was sentenced Wednesday by Senior U.S. District Judge Thomas J. McAvoy, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of New York.
At the sentencing, according to prosecutors, McAvoy said Osuba had “engaged in a pattern of sexual exploitation of children” and that the “preponderance of the evidence” indicated he had sexually abused two additional children, each under the age of 5.
