Christopher W, Power, 33, and Heather A. Barlow, 42, both of Garden Street, are accused of breaking into NAPA Auto Parts at 561 Broadway about 2 a.m. Friday, June 12, the Kingston Police Department said. Police said officers arriving at the scene found a glass window had been smashed and items had been stolen.
Power and Barlow were arrested about 3:30 p.m. the same day and charged with the felony of third-degree burglary, police said.
